At GATORZ Eyewear, we stand behind the durability and craftsmanship of our American-made frames. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

  Secure Your Shipment

  Place your eyewear in its original protective case and box to ensure it remains unscratched and undamaged during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
